- Please park on ONE SIDE OF THE STREET only
- Watch for children, pets, and people crossing streets

New HOA Business Manager, effective 1/28/14
Please welcome the HOA's new Business Manager, Robert Donlon.
Robert is the owner of The Bookkeeper, an accounting practice in the Savannah area. The Bookkeeper provides bookkeeping, payroll and tax support to over 70 businesses in the Savannah area. To give back to the community Robert serves on the boards of SCORE, The MedBank Foundation, The Coastal Jazz Association, and Tailsspin Cares.
The HOA thanks Mark Schreiber for his six years of service as HOA Business Manager. We wish you all the best.

2014 HOA GENERAL MEETING DATES
RESIDENTS REMEMBER! Check the covenants before beginning ANY home improvements! ANY external changes require PRIOR APPROVAL from the architectural standards committee or property manager. This includes tree removal, major landscaping changes, painting, installations, additions, etc. Better to be safe than sorry.
