A RECENT HOA INVOICE? 

Many folks are calling and writing with questions about a recent invoice received from the HOA. In the process of upgrading software, the system used in the Business Office generated invoices, some of which may not be correct.

If you received a recent invoice from the HOA that you believe to be inaccurate, please email the Business Office:

Email will give a printable record of your issue and contact information.
If you do not have email, you can call
912-927-2596 and leave a detailed message.

Please remember this is a holiday weekend; all offices are closed on Monday,
so it may be next week before you can be contacted.

ANY external changes require PRIOR APPROVAL from the architectural standards committee or property manager. This includes tree removal, major landscaping changes, painting, installations, additions, etc. Better to be safe than sorry. Southbridge is a sign-free community. This means that the only yard signs permitted are approved contractor and/or For Sale signs and approved Garage Sale signs. Political signs are not permitted. For more information, refer to the Covenants section.
