RESIDENTS REMEMBER! Check the covenants before beginning ANY home improvements! ANY external changes require PRIOR APPROVAL from the architectural standards committee or property manager. This includes tree removal, major landscaping changes, painting, installations, additions, etc. Better to be safe than sorry. 2015 HOA DUES were due January 31, 2015. If you haven't yet paid them, you must now also pay a late fee. Contact Robert Donlon, Business Manager, with any questions.

Southbridge is a sign-free community. This means that the only yard signs permitted are approved contractor and/or For Sale signs and approved Garage Sale signs.
