Southbridge Web Site

SHOA Office Now Open!
The SB Homeowners Office is located at Fire Station #12, just 0.4 miles down Dean Forest Road from the Southbridge entrance. (Turn right out of Southbridge)

For now, office hours are:
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:00 to 6:00 pm
Wednesdays, 8:00 to 10:00 am

Effective immediately, this office replaces the Southbridge Sales Office as the place to conduct HOA business. For more information, contact Business Manager, Mark Schreiber at 659-8604.
