SOUTHBRIDGE HOA BUSINESS OFFICE
The Business Office is located at Fire Station #12 on Dean
Forest Road, just 1/2 mile from the Dean Forest entrance to SB. Due to diminished resident use, the Business Office will not be open during the summer. For Business Office assistance, email southbridgeaccount@gmail.com or call 912-659-8604.
Dean Forest ROAD CLOSING INFORMATION:
June 14 - August 16, 2010
A section of Dean Forest Road will be closed near Hardin Canal between U.S. 17 and Highway 16 beginning June 14, 2010 and remain closed until August 16, 2010. The closure is necessary for the Chatham County Department of Engineering to install precast culverts under the roadway. Traffic will be rerouted to Chatham Parkway during the project. Please make alternate travel plans during the construction period. The County will appreciate everyone's patience and cooperation as these improvements are made to our roadways and drainage systems.
