Architectural Review Committee

The SBHOA Architectural Review Committee (ARC) has responsibility to review and approve construction of all new homes and all exterior changes to existing homes (including the sides and back of the home), including tree removal, updating paint colors, home additions, installing fences and/or pools, and landscaping updates, among others. Residents are required to contact the ARC before making any decisions about new construction or exterior changes to existing homes.
